Challenge

In the conventional customer support workflow, agents rely on templates crafted within the Customer Experience Management (CXM) system, primarily tailored to address the most frequently encountered questions from customers. These templates are stored within a database and are typically accessed through the use of tags and descriptions. However, this process of creating templates and subsequently searching for the appropriate one can often consume a significant amount of valuable time, potentially hampering the efficiency of customer support operations.
