MyTaxiCRM is a fast-growing global B2B SaaS startup building an all-in-one ERP and BI platform for taxi and ride-hailing fleet management. We help fleet operators across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia run their businesses more efficiently through a single, unified system.

Our platform integrates with leading mobility services like Uber, Bolt, and Careem, and provides tools for driver and vehicle management, dispatching, GPS tracking, fraud prevention, and real-time analytics — enabling fleets to improve operational efficiency by up to 30% within the first month.

Now we’re looking for a Junior Sales Manager to own sales activities — from first outreach to demo and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and conduct cold outreach to potential B2B clients (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present the product
  • Run product demos and conduct sales calls
  • Drive deals to close: follow up, handle objections, and convert leads into clients
  • Maintain and update deal and activity data in CRM
  • Track outreach volume and pipeline traction

Requirements

  • 6–12 months of experience (B2B is a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • English B2+ is a must (other languages are strong plus)
  • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and genuine love for sales
