Awesomic is looking for a Social Media Manager to create and spread engaging stories through social media channels. It is about storytelling and planning, creativity and structure because content is only king when there’s consistency behind it.

What would you do? Open current socials of Awesomic, check them out.

You see? Almost like a ghost town, even though we have tons of stories to tell the world and to hear back! So your main goal would be to tell those stories in a way that engages our followers and helps them make the next step — message us, book a demo, or try Awesomic out. Experiments should be measurable, and results analyzed.

Also, our customers and talents follow us on socials, and you’ll need to reply promptly to any message or comment coming our way through that channel.

Socials we’ll mostly focus on:

  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook (repurposing)

Socials we also cover and have solid results:

  • Dribble
  • Behance


  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for socials and achieving those
  • Planning: content plan, budget, topical campaigns
  • Project management: everything is described and in order
  • Collaborate with other creators needed to produce content, like copywriters, designers, etc
  • Consistent posting (prepare to share your toolset)
  • Conducting experiments: content formats, genres & new socials we will wanna try (starting from Pinterest)
  • Situative reactive posting to hot topics
  • Boosting posts and managing budgets
  • Engage influencers to try us and share their feedback, creative collaborations
  • Content creation skills — a big plus if you could do that even like drafts, making it easier to brief teammates and map ideas from scratch.
  • Creativity is a must — meaning solving problems in a non-conventional way, readiness to experiment, do differently from what is common.

Skill requirements

  • Have at least 3-4 years experience in social media and communications (cases are more important than years, we judge by results)
  • Be a community- and result-oriented person
  • Have portfolio with solid cases & pages under management
  • Be an easy person to collaborate with — you will work closely with the founders & the community
  • Understand the basics of marketing, essential metrics, and the know-how to measure them
  • Know trends and can produce potentially viral content
  • Have experience with SMM in the US or English-speaking markets
