Outreach Sales Manager


We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity at Beetroot for a Sales Manager with an outreach focus. This is an excellent chance for someone who is entrepreneurial, understands the needs of customers, and is eager to create new relationships with future potential clients. We're looking for someone especially good at forming new connections through outreach and with a “hunting mindset”; someone who understands how to work with the early stages of a structured, disciplined sales pipeline.

You will work as a part of our Growth cluster alongside Senior Account Executives, marketing specialists, and Delivery Managers – with whom you will empower clients to expand their R&D teams and realize their product visions. If you're energetic, passionate, and enjoy connecting with people, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you to make a significant impact.


  • Identify and grow relationships with leads
  • Proactively reach out to companies to present our services, using various outbound sales channels, like email and LinkedIn
  • Experiment with various automation tools, conversation starters, and messages while keeping the communication personalized and respectful. Our team of senior AEs, marketing specialists, and Delivery Managers will be there to help you.
  • Become an expert in the domain relevant to our clients and stay up-to-date with news, insights, and best practices
  • Work and build expertise within an assigned regional market in collaboration with a senior Account Executive market lead
  • Keep our CRM up to date
  • Meet your KPIs and contribute to your regional market sales target
  • The ambition is that over time, you will grow into a full-cycle sales executive/closer role

Skill requirements

  • ** Proactive entrepreneurial mindset **
  • 1+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in efficient portfolio-building (lead generation, cold outreach)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and service mindset
  • General understanding of the IT industry
  • Organization skills, proactive mindset, and self-drive
  • Strong learning capacity
  • Ability to travel in EU – if required

Will be a plus

  • Experience in one of our key domains: Greentech, Healthtech, or Edtech
  • Experience working in SDR role
