Every project is led by a designer who owns the outcome end to end. Most engagements start with a Product Audit: fixed scope, from $8,000 and from two weeks, ending in a severity-ranked report, a remediation roadmap and a findings readout. We measure before we design and again at 30, 60 and 90 days after launch. Live products are modernized in phases so users are never stranded, and products that grew apart are brought back into one system. First reviewable work arrives inside two weeks.

Accessibility work is documentation-grade: WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 AA plus EN 301 549, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, delivered as a VPAT 2.5.
