We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our Marketing Team.

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about creating engaging content and driving social media strategies? As the Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, responsible for planning and creating compelling content across various platforms as part of our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management: Execute a content strategy for our website and social media by creating great content, including writing clear, concise, and high-quality texts (posts, blog articles, case studies, newsletters). Optimize our blog articles to be SEO-ready.

Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence on multiple platforms, driving audience growth and engagement through strategic planning, execution, and responding to inquiries and comments.

Analytics, Planning & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of content and social media campaigns. Provide regular reports to measure success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• 1,5-3 years of professional experience in SMM and content creation.
• Hands-on experience in creating and implementing SMM content-plans (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Experience in using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Midjourney).
• Basic skills in graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop).
• English — B2 or higher.
•  Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven mindset and proactive approach to work.
• Basic understanding of SEO for content will be a plus.
