Currently, we are recruiting SDR and AE roles in Barcelona for a Spanish unicorn + German-speaking sales roles for a Ukrainian jobtech company. Join our team and gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use LinkedIn to identify and source candidates.
• Screen candidate profiles to match job requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Assist with outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• English at least upper-intermediate.
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time role.
• German is a big plus.
• Relevant working experience is a plus but not required.
