Marketing Assistant (for VP of Product)

Functional Responsibilities

If you have a passion for creativity, a knack for organization, and a desire to make an impact, we want you to be our next Marketing Assistant!  In this pivotal role, you will work hand-in-hand with our VP of Product, diving deep into the heart of our marketing initiatives. 

• This is not just a job — it's an opportunity to unleash your potential, contribute to innovative projects, and help shape the future of our brand, as well as all while honing your skills and expanding your professional network.

• Add new tasks to the planning, move uncompleted tasks to the coming week;

• Check the Asana inbox and ping everyone who didn’t finish the task, or moved the deadline;

• Schedule meetings with the team as needed, including matching calendars, choosing the best time, and writing descriptions and agendas;

• Manage emails with general requests and forward/ping to relevant people in the department.

• Make various requests, such as job openings and equipment, as assigned by the VP of Product;

• Take and manage meeting notes;

• Manage general documentation for the team. Update documents as necessary; create appropriate tasks, and send reminders;

Requirements

• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken Ukrainian;

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with the many different departments the VP of Product is involved with on a daily basis, and follow up on tasks completion;

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively;

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent writing and communication skills in English (C1+);

• 1.5+ years of experience as an assistant, preferably an assistant of Head of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer or VP of Marketing;

Nice To Have

• Prior experience supporting a marketing department;

• Familiarity with marketing software and CRM tools.
