Who are we searching for?
We're not your average finance nerds. This past year, we rocked LinkedIn with millions of views, got thousands to download our stuff on the website, made hundreds of thousands of pipeline from it, and even showed up on a billboard in Times Square.
This year, we're doubling down. With a content-led growth strategy that’s set to explode, we're scaling up and expanding our content across multiple channels. This means we need a superstar Content Writer & Researcher who’s ready to make finance sexy (and maybe even viral).
Marketing team structure: Head of Marketing, Content Lead, Graphic Designer.
What are your responsibilities?
- Dive into research and draft the lead-generating content like cheat sheets, collaboration materials, and infographics. You can find the examples here.
- Keep our corporate pages fresh by managing and repurposing content for FUEL’s Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Use the CEO’s social media accounts to like and comment every day.
- Turn existing content into a bi-weekly newsletter and monthly digest.
- Collaborate with our finance pros to get valuable insights and info to make our content even better.
- Help our executive team get their LinkedIn glow-up on.
- Create content for Reddit & Quora.
- Be the right-hand person to our Content Lead.
What are the preferred requirements for the role?

- You’re awesome at English (C1).
- You’ve got a collection of your best work ready to show off.
- You get what makes the US audience tick (think memes, Grammy’s drama, Super Bowl showdowns, F1 races, and TikTok trends, but make it finance-related).
- You’re creative, with a passion for storytelling.
- You’re comfortable working with data: you know how to research it and visualize it.
- Enthusiastic about startup culture and want to learn about financial management (who knows, it might help you launch your own business someday).
- AI-savvy (think AI video avatars, ChatGPT, Claude, etc).
- You’re comfortable with a fast-paced culture.
Will be a plus:
- Bonus points if you are savvy with LinkedIn & Twitter (X).
- Extra gold stars for a background in finance or FinTech.
Reporting structure: report to the Content Lead.
Recruitment process:
- CV check (please, make sure to share your portfolio with 3-5 best content pieces that were published).
- Soft skills interview with the recruiter.
- Test task (you’ll be asked to create a draft of a similar piece of content that we currently post on LinkedIn).
- Hard skills interview with the Content Lead.
- Cultural fit interview with the CEO.
Why work with us?
- Freedom to innovate and create.
- Focus on well-being and mental health (we offer in-house therapist services).
- Flexible schedule and time-off policy.
- 24 days of paid vacation per year, plus paid sick leave.
