Personal assistant to the CEO

We are looking for an Assistant to the CEO who will help coordinate processes and ensure the efficient work of the CEO.
🔹 Main responsibilities:
Providing concierge services: booking flights, hotels, restaurants, arranging international business trips.
Deliveries, searching for information, and performing various personal assignments.
Managing the calendar, coordinating meetings and events, organizing business trips.
Promptly responding to any requests and needs of the CEO, staying in constant contact.
✅ Requirements:
Work experience — 3+ years.
English — B2+ (required); other languages are an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, multitasking, stress resistance.
Skills in business correspondence and international communication.
Willingness to work irregular hours and handle urgent tasks (event industry = fast pace and flexibility).
Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, CRM systems.
Love for music, show business, and desire to grow in the event field.
