Knubisoft is seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our team. As an SMM Specialist at Knubisoft, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our B2B brand presence across various social media platforms, focusing on both the Ukrainian market and international audiences.

This role goes beyond posting content; you will build and scale our social media engine across LinkedIn, YouTube and other key platforms, driving brand authority for Knubisoft and our QA automation no-code testing tool - Testlum.


You Will

• Develop and implement a content strategy for Knubisoft’s and Testlum’s social media channels

• Grow LinkedIn presence as the primary acquisition and brand channel

• Support inbound marketing and lead generation initiatives

• Develop thought leadership content in collaboration with CEO, CTO, and subject matter experts

• Position Knubisoft and Testlum as industry experts in software development and QA automation

• Create high-value content tailored to B2B audiences

• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to deliver impactful content

• Track, analyze, and improve performance metrics

• Continuously optimize social media strategies for better performance

• Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies


You Have

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing, preferably in IT industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas, develop compelling visual and written content, and adapt content for different social media platforms and target audiences
  • English level Intermediate+
  • Basic understanding of design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing social media assets
  • Familiarity with Figma is required
  • Experience in using ChatGPT or a similar tool is required
  • Experience with video-creation tools will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
