Admin Specialist

Your impact:
-Add content to the admin panel: working with video, photo, and audio files, text materials, and a workout builder. Perform final content review before publication.
-Coordinate a remote team's work, form and assign tasks, ensure timely delivery and quality of results.
-Manage the content population processes for the administrative platform, implement improvements, and optimize workflows.
-Administer the database: collect, structure, and organize content; conduct regular audits of materials to maintain their relevance and accuracy.
About you:
-Experience working with admin panels (CMS) and content, understanding of builder logic. Proficient in Google Sheets.
-Strong communication and self-organization skills, ability to learn quickly and take initiative in finding process optimization solutions.
-High focus and attention to detail. Ability to work with large volumes of information and perform routine tasks with quality.
-English proficiency at B2 level or higher, confident communication both verbally and in writing.
Will be a plus:
-Experience with Figma, Dropbox, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for task management, media files, and documentation.
-Experience in project and people management.
-Interest in health, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
