What product will you be working on?Headway is the world's most downloaded nonfiction book summary app. Millions discover Headway through our marketing every month — and social media is one of the channels shaping that growth.
SMM at Headway is different. Your role isn't to "run social media." It's to build SMM into a scalable growth channel: define the strategy, generate ideas, launch experiments, measure results, and help the team execute what works.
SMM at Headway directly impacts business outcomes, so we need someone who can not only come up with great ideas — but measure their impact and double down on what works.

A team of experienced marketers across multiple products to learn from and grow with
Own and execute the SMM strategy
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; develop presence on Quora, Pinterest, and Reddit
Partner with the copywriter and designer to develop content plans and creative concepts.
Track performance across the funnel — reach, clicks, conversions, purchases — and make data-informed decisions
Build a network of creators and launch video collaborations
Prepare monthly reports and turn insights into action
Have 1+ year of experience as an SMM Manager at an IT product company or digital agency
Think like a marketer: you know what ER, CPC, and ROAS mean — and why they matter.
Can generate ideas and immediately think about how to measure them
Understand SMM's role across the marketing funnel — from awareness to purchase
Сollaborate effectively, and give feedback that moves things forward
Are self-driven: you don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs to happen and make it happen
Follow social media trends closely and aren't afraid to pitch bold experiments
