Manager of PR Projects

Noblet Media Eastern Partnership is looking for Senior Account (Project) Manager. We are the communications agency founded in Ukraine in 2004, operating in 7 countries through permanent offices and representative offices (Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan), with headquarters in Kyiv. The Noblet Media is a partner of Edelman – the world’s largest independent PR company.

Функціональні обовʼязки

• Planning 360° campaigns, events, conferences based on what clients need to make an impact in the market
• Keeping things on track and handling multiple tasks within the company's network across Eastern Partnership countries, with projects mostly focused on Ukraine
• Working closely with a wide team of coworkers and partners, including copywriters, media relations managers, designers, video directors, event & production specialists, media partners, and others
• Taking care of clients like a pro, understanding their needs, making sure they're always happy with our skills and approach
• Analyzing information to uncover valuable insights and opportunities
• Making important decisions on your own and taking responsibility for the result
• Asking the right questions to find the best solutions, engage your team for brainstorm or advice
• Making communication materials shine online and offline
• Keeping clients in the loop with regular updates and reports
• Being a rockstar in client meetings

Вимоги

• Higher education in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience of project management in communications, including organization of 360° campaigns
• Master the art of sorting, prioritizing, and planning tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Ukrainian
• Strong copywriting skills to draft press releases and other comms materials effectively (and review assets provided by copywriter)
• Be a pro in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to attend offline client events in Kyiv and travel when required
