UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality web/mobile interfaces;
• Present your solutions to clients;
• Be a part of projects from concept to completion;
• Communicate directly with clients and project members abroad;
• Research and analysis of the best cases and patterns of UI/UX design globally;
• Follow company values and policies;
• Create cases and shots for Behance and Dribbble.

Required skills:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in the design of web/mobile interfaces (for ex.: dashboards, CMS, ERP, etc.);

• Experience and understanding of work processes in the company;

• Strong portfolio (at least 3 projects);

• Good understanding of UX (research, user flow, prototyping, analytics);
• Knowledge and use of all Figma functionality: components, styles, variants, auto layout, etc;
• Ability to maintain a holistic approach to visual style through the whole project;
• Ability to develop wireframe and prototype based visual styles;
• Good knowledge of typography, excellent sense of color, understanding of composition;
• Ability to justify design decisions taken;
• Ability to meet deadlines is a must;
• English level at least B2.

Soft skills:

• The ability to listen and understand the client’s explanation. If some questions are not clear — discuss them with PM, and review video recordings;
• The ability to interact with the Design Lead — to describe the task, answer questions, listen to recommendations and apply them;
• Listen to the advice of the designers of the studio.
