The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills, capable of driving successful marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive cross-marketing strategies to elevate Hacken's brand visibility and enhance customer acquisition.
Communicate with Hacken clients and partners by adhering to the project management approach to optimize successful cross-marketing campaigns in alignment with predefined KPIs.
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment across departments.
Assist in executing email marketing and influence campaigns to engage existing customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Analyze marketing data and metrics, with a focus on those driving lead generation, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
It’s a Match If You Have:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in roles focused on Web3 marketing.
Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cross-marketing strategies across multiple channels to maximize brand exposure and customer acquisition.
Ability to interpret marketing metrics, including but not limited to conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
Demonstrated track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
English level - Upper intermediate (B2) or higher.
Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles encountered during campaign execution and effectively navigate complex marketing landscapes.
Accountability and reliability, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects to high standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients and partners.
Proficient in organizing and coordinating projects from start to finish. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and sales teams, to drive integrated marketing initiatives and achieve collective goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions while maintaining a focus on driving results.
