We’re hiring a smart, result driven Sales Manager who can speak to decision-makers in German or English (B2+ minimum), understands AI-powered sales, and knows how to bring in business.

This is a remote, full-time role. You’ll report to the Head of Sales and help us build lasting relationships in Europe.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Languages

  • Fluent German or English (B2 minimum, C1+ preferred)
  • You sound natural on Zoom — confident and professional

Experience

  • B2B cold/warm outreach, lead generation, discovery & sales calls
  • Previous work in digital marketing, creative agencies, IT, or similar
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM
  • Medical or biotech knowledge is a big plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, CRM automations, etc.)

Mindset

  • You hit KPIs and aim higher
  • You build decks, improve pitch flows, and think ahead
  • Self-managed, curious, and coachable
  • You enjoy explaining complex things clearly

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Generate and qualify leads in biotech/pharma across EU
  • Run outbound outreach: cold/warm calls, messages, LinkedIn
  • Book and lead sales meetings (Zoom or phone)
  • Build relationships via LinkedIn/Xing
  • Track all activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach and pitches with help from team & tools
  • Use AI tools to research, automate, and boost sales productivity

💰 What You Get

  • Base salary + monthly bonuses
  • Earn 20,000−50,000 UAH/month (€470-€1,170) in the first 6 months
  • Top performers scale up to €1,500-€2,000+/month within 12 months
  • Salary paid in EUR
  • Full-time, 8h/day — at least 4h active outreach daily
  • Remote work — flexible, no office politics
