Our client, an international FMCG company, one of the leaders in the field of hygiene and health, is looking for a Junior Brand Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in development of brands’ strategy and plans to achieve financial targets
  • Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, customers’ category needs and changes, competitor’s performance and proactively offer actions addressing issue/opportunities
  • Lead NDPs launch: product / concept qualification, commercialization of launches, alignment with stakeholders
  • Lead planning and execution of brand communication campaigns
  • Closely cooperate with Headquarter and Local Team (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
  • Coordinate agencies work to produce high-quality marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in Marketing)
  • 1+ years of relevant FMCG experience in Marketing (or 2+ as Assistant Brand Manager);
  • Leadership Skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creativity and out of the box thinking
  • Proactivity and self-sufficiency skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Good knowledge of brand marketing and trade marketing basic principles
  • Good knowledge of the market, consumer and shopper trends
  • English language – upper intermediate
