What we expect:

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing strategies for brands in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies and managing social media.
  • High level of communication and presentation skills, ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas.
  • Experience with Amazon(or other marketplace), Meta Ads, TikTok and other platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with analytical tools to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising.
  • High level of project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate English;
  • Understanding of business metrics and the ability to work with them

Responsibilities:

  • Developing brand strategies that align with the company’s Vision and resonate with target audiences;
  • The role involves creating comprehensive brand guidelines;
  • Conducting market research;
  • Analyzing consumer behavior, and overseeing the development of marketing materials;
  • Proposing innovative ideas;
  • Managing digital projects and campaigns;
  • Conducting strategic competitor analysis;
  • Create comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure their adherence in all brand communications;
  • Manage the brand’s digital presence, including the company’s website, social media, and online advertising campaigns;
  • Creating engaging and creative content that attracts the attention of the target audience and meets corporate brand standards;
  • Implementation of innovative ideas and strategies to improve the brand’s online presence and consumer engagement;
  • Collaborating and managing with a team to create effective marketing materials.
  • Readiness to take responsibility for the implementation of the entire project and its financial performance.

This role demands strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
