Business Development Manager

Spaceberry is a boutique UI/UX design studio. We create interfaces for web and mobile applications, working with the US/UK/EU markets.

Our mission is to increase the importance of design in the development of digital products. Now, we are looking for an initiative-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing leads (inbound);
• Independently searching for opportunities to attract new clients (outbound);
• Deeply analyzing lead inquiries, understanding their pain points, motivations, and expectations, and preparing commercial proposals;
• Regular communication with the team and conveying the expectations of leads;
• Finding creative approaches to address inquiries and signing new clients;
• Regularly updating new lead information in the CRM.

Required skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT sales in roles involving direct interaction with clients;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle;
• Knowledge of the customer journey stages and the necessary actions to move leads through the sales funnel;
• Experience in developing various sales channels (outbound, inbound, partnerships, events);
• Successfully closed deals and established strong relationships with clients;
• Ability to effectively use AI tools to achieve objectives.
