At Scrambly, an innovative rewards platform with over 1 million users in the USA, we’re looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to drive user engagement and loyalty for our Web App and Android App.
If you have experience with data-driven retention strategies and expertise in creating impactful campaigns across push notifications, email, and in-app channels, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective retention marketing strategies across various channels, including push notifications, email campaigns, and special promotions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to enhance campaign capabilities and performance.
- Work closely with the product, customer support, and design teams to ensure alignment on retention strategies and user experience.
- Continuously iterate and optimize campaigns based on test results and data-driven insights.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies, messages, and channels.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future marketing strategies.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key retention metrics, such as churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize platforms like Customer.io and Mixpanel to automate and optimize campaigns, analyze data.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of retention marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and delivery.
- Develop tailored re-engagement campaigns aimed at reactivating lapsed users and enhancing overall user retention.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful retention campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io and analytics tools like Mixpanel.
Nice To Have
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.
