Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a creative problem solver who thrives on data-driven design and is passionate about enhancing the user journey. You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, and Development teams to craft designs that drive measurable impact, improve conversion rates, and create seamless user experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work and successes.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with data-driven design and the ability to incorporate user feedback and analytics into design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
• Ability to interpret complex product analytics to make data-informed decisions that align with business goals.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and experience designing experiments to improve product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management to analyze user behavior and identify design opportunities to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Design and iterate on UI/UX to improve key metrics across various stages of the user funnel.
• Use data and metrics to validate design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct A/B tests and other design experiments to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, and continuously seek ways to optimize design for better performance.
• Present and defend design decisions based on your experience and in-depth research regarding usability and best practices.
