Junior SMM Manager

Knubisoft is seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Marketing (SMM) Specialist to join our team. As an SMM Specialist at Knubisoft, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our presence across various social media platforms, focusing on both the Ukrainian market and international audiences.

You will be responsible for developing and executing brand awareness campaigns tailored to the Ukrainian market, as well as implementing inbound social media marketing strategies to expand our reach globally. This role encompasses managing our presence on key platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.

Additionally, you will oversee the social media presence of Knubisoft and our cutting-edge low-code testing tool, Testlum.

Functional Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy for Knubisoft's and Testlum’s social media channels

• Produce engaging content for social media posts and campaigns

• Work in collaboration with copywriters and designers to create visually appealing content (assign and coordinate tasks for a designer to ensure timely content creation)

• Run targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms

• Define the most important social media KPIs

• Continuously optimize social media strategies for better performance

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies                 

Requirements

• Proven working experience in social media marketing preferably in IT industry

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas, develop compelling visual and written content, and adapt content for different social media platforms and target audiences

• Excellent writing skills

• Basic understanding of design principles and experience collaborating with designers to create visually appealing social media assets

• Familiarity with Figma is required

• Experience in using ChatGPT is required

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
