Training Operations Specialist

At Beetroot Academy, we’re looking for a Training Operations Manager to help us optimize and streamline our training processes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for structuring training materials, keeping databases organized, and ensuring our trainers have everything they need to succeed. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with tables, pays close attention to detail, and cares about how things look and function—because a well-organized system leads to a better experience for both trainers and learners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Enhance trainers’ and authors’ recruitment process and actively participate in candidate evaluation through demo-training sessions
- Manage database of trainers (including information about current trainers), keep it updated and search for potential trainers/authors
- Create and maintain onboarding materials and flow overall, including contract preparation and signing
- Finalize training materials (Miro boards mostly) to onboard trainers - training design, structure, visual hints and guides for trainers
- Add, change and update learning materials in our Learning Management System
- Organize pre-training and post-training materials for specific projects
- Track and analyze learning product metrics, prepare client reports on projects, and share feedback/analysis with team
- Organize Google Drive and information for specific projects
- In the future this role can develop to Training Program Manager functionality.
What We Expect from You
Experience & Background
- 1+ years in training development, instructional design, learning & development, communication manager or a similar role
- Comfortable working with tables, structured data, and organizing information.
- Familiarity with Miro, Google Drive, Zoom, and other digital learning tools.
- Strong attention to detail, structure, and user experience.
- English level B2 minimum
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and facilitation skills are nice to have
