Marketing Assistant

Functional Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and help implement and maintain our ongoing marketing activities:

• Plan, schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube Shorts)
• Coordinate with external freelancers (content editor and Meta Ads manager) and support teams
• Write texts for marketing purposes
• Regularly check ideas and make them turn into a real content/activities
• Support the setup and sending of email campaigns (via NetHunt CRM)
• Update basic content on the website (Tilda)
• Organize digital assets (photos, videos, testimonials, promo texts)
• Assist in launching and maintaining campaigns

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience using social media platforms for brands
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Independent and proactive approach to daily tasks with a deep passion for marketing
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye
