VNIS is the first private plant breeding institute in Ukraine. My role extended far beyond traditional graphic design, evolving into a strategic partnership aimed at modernizing the brand. In the competitive agribusiness sector, trust is the currency. My challenge was to build a cohesive communication ecosystem that bridges the gap between complex agronomic science and modern business needs. This case study demonstrates how I integrated visual identity, digital strategy (SEO, Analytics), and international localization to drive brand recognition and sales.
