Web Design for Shishka Project

Goals

- Improve the visual presentation of the brand;

- increase the level of engagement of B2B partners;

- increase conversion rates.

Tasks

- Redesign the layout and aesthetics of the website to reflect the updated brand vision focusing on a stylish, modern and visually appealing design.

- Analyse the checkout process; improve product descriptions and calls to action.

- Research potential partners based on industry relevance, market reach and brand value consistency.

Actions

Starting with a brief, we gathered information about the project goals, brand identity and specific requirements. Next, as usual, we moved on to competitor analysis. During the next empathetic stage, we created user personas and CJMs to better understand users' needs, goals, and pains. Usability testing provided valuable insights into how well users can interact with the design and functionality. Based on the results, we could make changes and implement them at the prototyping stage. After all, we decided on the visual style, colour palette, typography and images.
