My name is Mykhailo Stepanskyi and I am the owner of the NEAT agency.

I have been creating brands since 2002 – as a copywriter, as a namer, as a brand strategist and as a project manager.

Basically, I manage all NEAT projects personally.

Working with clients, I adhere to the following principles:

I always respond to the customer on the day he made the request.

I take a very responsible approach to the deadlines. And I'd rather promise to complete project on Friday and do it on Thursday than the other way around.

I offer the client only thoughtful and balanced solutions. We don't do creativity for creativity's sake.

I do not work with goods and services that I myself do not use — like cigarettes, vodka, betting, online casinos etc.

In each project, my team and myself work like it's our own project.
