my name is sofiia sichkar, and i’m a kyiv-based junior project manager, event coordinator, and cultural projects facilitator with a strong focus on community-driven and socially meaningful initiatives. over the past few years, i’ve been steadily building experience in project and event management by contributing to festivals and community projects such as sunny bunny, molodist, young diversity ambassadors program, docudays ua. i started out as a volunteer and, more recently, took on a formal role as the info point & online support coordinator at docudays ua. in addition, i’ve participated in several erasmus+ youth exchanges. right now, i’m looking for a stable, ideally part-time (but not exclusively) position in a welcoming team where i can continue learning and contribute meaningfully. i’m fluent in ukrainian and english, currently learning spanish, and always open to new challenges. i’m a quick learner, open-minded, and deeply motivated to support meaningful work.
