My role included benchmarking existing features, scoping new features, and creating wireframes and prototypes. I was responsible for designing high-fidelity screens, creating and maintaining style guides and components, and conducting user testing. Additionally, I facilitated user sessions with clients and led team workshops. I also worked on information architecture, structuring content and defining user flows to ensure intuitive navigation across platform. I analysed metrics and made data-driven decisions to improve product performance and user experience. Furthermore, I contributed to writing supporting help articles and creating interactive help guides for clients. Additionally, I was involved in the creation of marketing assets.
