    Responsibilities:

    - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget.

    - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.

    - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key milestones.

    - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

    - Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the project team, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

    - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

    - Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    - Fluent English

    - Strong understanding of design principles and processes, with the ability to effectively communicate with designers and other creative professionals.

    - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work with clients, team members, and stakeholders

    - Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    - Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira

    Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch/Figma is a plus
