SMM specialist with targeting skills

Internet marketing agency DMark invites an SMM specialist to join a friendly team in the office. We are looking for an employee who is interested in both personal growth and effective teamwork to achieve common achievements. Functional Responsibilities

• Setting up and running advertising campaigns on the Internet (targeted advertising).

• Management and development of social media platforms.
• Creating new pages, analysing competitors, conducting reputation control research.
• Development of content plans and their implementation.
• Organising and supervising the work of other specialists (copywriters, designers, etc.).
• Working with bloggers, analysing the results of cooperation.
• Reporting on projects.

Requirements (what you should know)

• Principles of social networks, rules of post ranking, administration, advertising.

• Tools for creating and managing advertising campaigns (Business Suite, Ads manager, Google Analytics, etc.), interfaces of advertising accounts and principles of their operation.
• Forms of technical tasks for contractors and standards for monitoring their implementation.
• Methods of setting up targeted advertising.
• Basics of copywriting: must be able to distinguish quality content and understand the principles of creative for social media.
• Be able to express their thoughts briefly and clearly in posts.
• Understand the principles of ‘selling’ text.
• Know how to use SMM services and programmes (Canva, Inshot, etc.).
• Create creative and formulate a selling offer.
• Be able to communicate with clients.
