What we expect:

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or brand management.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok and other social media channels.
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies;
  • Manage a team to achieve strategic project goals;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Understand the factors that influence the differentiation of sales performance between products;
  • Understand how e-commerce marketplaces work and the dynamics of sales on marketplaces;
  • Understand the need to proactively manage customers and solve problems before they do it themselves;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to gather and analyze data on consumer behaviors, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance online brand presence and drive consumer engagement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand-related digital projects and campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and support the digital presence of the brand, including the company website, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize the best marketing and product promotion tools.
  • Develop and successfully implement communication and marketing strategies for the product to achieve KPIs based on ROI and ROMI.
  • Increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Communicate regularly with clients to discuss planning, follow-up and business goals.
  • Prepare reports and necessary documentation for clients;
  • Take a proactive approach to client management, resolving issues before they become problematic for the client;
  • Present results to clients on a regular basis or develop plans to achieve desired results if results are not available;
  • Pack a great result in a case study and customer feedback;
  • Offer clients an affiliate program to simplify the billing process;
  • Monitor overall progress and resource utilization, initiating corrective actions as necessary;
  • Collaborate with project team members and management to secure resources and funding;
  • Provide other project management services as defined by the client in the relevant assignments;
