We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our team and help us manage exciting projects while maintaining seamless communication with clients and the team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, conducting calls, leading presentations, and maintaining regular communication throughout projects.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from kickoff to delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and frontend and backend developers to align efforts and deliver exceptional results.

• Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, effectively allocating resources.

• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks in a proactive and timely manner.

• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet the studio’s high standards.

• Communication with lawyers team and paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years in project management, preferably in a digital agency or IT environment.

• Excellent spoken and written English (B2 or higher).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and workflows.

• Knowledge of web development processes, including frontend and backend basics.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Everhour, or similar).

• Confident communicator who can handle client calls and presentations with ease.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay composed under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications (Will Be an Advantage)

• Prior experience working with design and development teams on web and app projects.

• Understanding of branding and digital marketing basics.

• Experience with design tools like Figma / FigJam and Google Docs.

• Ability to analyze project requirements and contribute to strategic decisions.
