Role overview:

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for orchestrating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. As the central figure in our marketing initiatives, this individual will coordinate efforts across performance marketing, content creation, social media, and lifecycle communication. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a startup environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Take accountability for planning and executing marketing activities across multiple channels
  • Coordinate with contractors (PPC specialists, copywriters, and designers) to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Oversee social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content
  • Lead the organization of lifecycle marketing campaigns using tools like Customer.io.
  • Optimize and manage landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement creative marketing experiments
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics, ensuring campaigns meet targets (e.g., CAC, CPC, and conversion rates)
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment
  • Proven track record working with B2C markets, particularly English-speaking markets
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing tools (e.g., Customer.io) and social media management.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to measure campaign performance effectively.
  • High adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills.
