Currently, we are seeking a talented Creative Digital Strategist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand presence on various platforms, including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. Your primary duty will involve developing and implementing creative strategies that resonate with our target audience, enhance brand awareness, and improve marketing metrics.

What we expect:

  • English proficiency level: B2+.
  • Proven experience in media buying and creative strategy development, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and others.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to create and analyze campaign performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and clients.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to think strategically and conceptually.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and advertising best practices.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and key metrics for assessing campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to new tools and platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a must.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating persuasive advertising briefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    — Creating and implementing creative media strategies for advertising campaigns.
    — Analyzing competitors and the market to determine the most effective audience engagement methods.
  • Media Planning:
    - Identifying the most effective channels and platforms for ad placement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Campaign Coordination:
    — Monitoring advertising campaigns focused on achieving KPIs.
    — Selecting and managing creative elements: visuals, text, videos, etc.
  • Analysis and Optimization:
    — Constantly monitoring campaign results using analytical tools.
    — Optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI, adjusting budgets, bids, and creatives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    — Communicating with clients and internal teams regarding the status and results of campaigns.
  • Testing:
    — Conducting A/B testing of different creatives and strategies to determine the most effective approaches.
  • Reporting:
    — Preparing regular reports for clients.
  • Trends and New Opportunities:
    — Keeping up with the latest trends in media planning and creative strategies.
    — Implementing new tools and platforms to improve campaign efficiency.
