Eleken was founded to improve the design services of SaaS companies. Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows. And we’re growing our sales team! We need a Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves tech, and can confidently close deals.

What You’ll Do:

- Find, engage, and convert leads into happy customers

- Join calls with our Head of Sales (and later run your own!)

- Use smart strategies to retarget past leads and build relationships

- Keep our CRM organized and sales workflow smooth

Required Hard Skills:

- At least 1 year of experience in any IT sales role

- Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level)

- Familiarity with CRM tools and documenting sales processes

Tasks:

- Lead Nurturing: actively engage and nurture both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they know Eleken’s value proposition

- Sales Calls: participate in sales calls with the Head of Sales. As you gain experience, you’ll independently handle sales calls, tailoring your pitch to individual client needs

- Post-Call Engagement: after initial sales discussions, follow up with potential clients, offering them resources, blog posts, or additional solutions that might pique their interest and encourage them to commence a subscription with us

- CRM Maestro: maintain and update our CRM, ensuring accurate data recording and lead tracking

- Retargeting: reconnect with old clients and lapsed leads, reminding them of Eleken’s evolving offerings

- Team Collaboration: work closely with other departments to ensure strategy alignment and gather insights to aid sales processes
