Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.
Why join Eleken?
We’re building a custom platform to streamline and automate our operations, from client onboarding to designer task management. We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of the platform from concept to MVP and beyond. This is a chance to build something from scratch with full support from the founder and a team of experienced designers and developers.
What You’ll Do:
-Research competitors and define the approach
-Translate business needs into structured documentation (PRDs, flows)
-Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to build an MVP
-Manage the backlog, set priorities, and track sprints
-Test features and iterate based on user feedback
Required Skills:
-2+ years as a Product Manager (preferably B2B/SaaS)
-Experience working with cross-functional teams
-Intermediate+ English for written communication
-Strong documentation and analytical skills
-Startup or fast-paced agency background preferred
Nice to have:
-Experience with platforms, automation tools, and internal CRMs
