Functional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).

    Control traffic quality, volumes, and adherence to KPIs.

    Ensure full tracking setup is working (UTM's, postbacks, trackers).

    Monitor and optimize marketing budgets and agency reward structures.

    Manage creative agencies (banners, video, landing pages): negotiate cost, timeline, and quality.

    Transfer creatives to AD agencies for campaign launches.

    Manage invoice approvals and payment coordination with finance.

    Regular reporting on ROI, channel performance, and spend analysis.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience with external agencies (performance & creative).

    Experience with fintech, crypto, trading, financial services or iGaming is a strong plus.

    Solid knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs.

    Understanding of tracking systems and funnel analytics.

    Experience handling budgets and working with finance.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    Fluent in English.

    Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Nice To Have

  • Understanding of CPA/CPL/RevShare models.

    Familiarity with BI tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI).
