Content Creator (SMM)

We’re looking for someone who can create scroll-stopping content.

Inforce is a team of 124+ experts, building software for clients worldwide. Now we’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a content maker who knows how to grab the audience's attention and keep it.

What you’ll do:

• Create content for social media (posts, carousels, stories, shorts, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
• Generate ideas and formats that feel fresh and on-brand
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok
• Help run photo and video shoots
• Monitor content trends and propose new angles
• Organise and maintain content libraries and plans

You’ll be a good fit if you:

• Have solid experience in shooting and editing video (phone +CapCut or equivalent is fine)
• Understand how content works on different platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok)
• Can bring ideas to life quickly and with attention to detail
• Are proactive, self-organised, and collaborative
• Know how to adapt formats for different audiences

Bonus if you have:

• Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma)
• Experience with motion design or templates
• Photography, graphic design or SMM background
