Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SMM and digital marketing
  • Proven experience working in IT outsourcing / IT services companies or agencies
  • Strong practical knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Experience in cross-platform content strategy development
  • Ability to manage and optimize social media processes
  • Strong understanding of targeting, analytics, and performance metrics
  • English proficiency (B2+ level or higher)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Develop content plans and execute across all platforms
  • Manage CEO’s professional social profiles with strategic content
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement
