Community Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Community Manager to support the growth of our creative community. We are actively building and scaling our ecosystem, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow together with the product, take ownership, and make a visible impact from day one.

Key objective:

• The main goal is to engage photographers and other creatives to participate in paid creative tasks.
• The focus is on photographers and videographers who are Ukrainian, whether they are based in Ukraine or other parts of Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to photographers and engage them in the community
• Encourage and support creators in uploading relevant photo content
• Build and maintain relationships with members of the creative community
• Perform basic community management tasks (communication, follow-ups, engagement)
• Track progress toward the main content upload goal

Requirements:

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Basic community management and communication skills
• Understanding of how creative communities work
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and deliver against clear targets

Compensation & growth:

• USD 500 per month, tied to achieving the main performance goal
• Initial 3-month probation period
• Strong potential to grow into a Community Builder role for Real.Photos in Ukraine, with long-term responsibility for expanding and engaging the local creator community
