English - Upper Intermediate or higher is a must

Proven work experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or IT industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, with hands-on experience in managing corporate social media accounts.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize social media performance.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Experience with social media advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Twitter Ads, is a plus.


Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance TechMagic's brand presence and visibility across LinkedIn.

Manage and maintain TechMagic's social media profiles, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.

Align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives, campaigns, and initiatives.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and leverage them to optimize the company's social media presence and performance.

Analyze social media metrics and insights to track publication performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the core team members, to showcase their expertise and thought leadership through social media channels.

Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry experts to amplify TechMagic's presence and reach on social media.

Continuously monitor and manage TechMagic's online reputation, ensuring that all social media interactions reflect the company's values and brand identity.

Interview Stages

1-st stage — call with Recruiter (30 minutes)

2-nd stage — interview with our Growth Marketing Manager and Recruiter (1 hour)

3-rd stage — Final interview with Head of Marketing
