The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills, capable of driving successful marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cross-marketing strategies to elevate Hacken's brand visibility and enhance customer acquisition.

  • Communicate with Hacken clients and partners by adhering to the project management approach to optimize successful cross-marketing campaigns in alignment with predefined KPIs.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and alignment across departments.

  • Assist in executing email marketing and influence campaigns to engage existing customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Analyze marketing data and metrics, with a focus on those driving lead generation, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

It’s a Match If You Have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in roles focused on Web3 marketing.

  • Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cross-marketing strategies across multiple channels to maximize brand exposure and customer acquisition.

  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics, including but not limited to conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.

  • English level - Upper intermediate (B2) or higher.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles encountered during campaign execution and effectively navigate complex marketing landscapes.

  • Accountability and reliability, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects to high standards.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages, collaborate with team members, and engage with clients and partners.

  • Proficient in organizing and coordinating projects from start to finish. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and sales teams, to drive integrated marketing initiatives and achieve collective goals.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions while maintaining a focus on driving results.
