MGID is a global adtech company with Ukrainian roots that helps brands and agencies grow through effective advertising across the open web. Our AI-powered platform delivers native and performance campaigns to over 1 billion users in 70+ countries.

We’re expanding our Ukrainian sales team and looking for a Sales / New Business Manager to drive MGID’s growth by acquiring SMB advertisers and performance agencies. This is a hunter role — full-cycle B2B sales, building relationships, and showing clients how MGID’s native and performance solutions deliver measurable ROI.

What you'll do

  • Prospect and engage new clients (SMBs, agencies, e-commerce) on the Ukrainian market.

  • Represent MGID at meetings and industry events, strengthening our presence in Ukraine.

  • Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, and AdOps teams for smooth onboarding and campaign success.

  • Analyze the market, identify new segments, and generate growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline in HubSpot CRM.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from outreach and meetings to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

  • Present MGID’s native and performance advertising solutions, focusing on ROI and business outcomes.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales (search, contextual, native, performance).
  • Confident communicator and negotiator with strong presentation skills.
  • KPI-driven, result-oriented, and experienced in closing B2B deals.
  • Skilled in building long-term client relationships, especially within SMB.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian, with English Upper-Intermediate+ for internal communication.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and working in a hybrid format (Kyiv).
  • Open to business trips and meetings across Ukraine.
