We’re now scaling globally and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow our team, shape our culture, and keep our Kyiv HQ running smoothly.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and market research.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and validate new international markets (EU, MENA, LATAM, Asia, Africa).
  • Analyze local fleet ecosystems, regulations, aggregators, and market unit economics.
  • Experiment with positioning, ICPs, pricing models, and sales channels.
  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients.
  • Conduct product demos and tailored client presentations.
  • Launch the first deals, secure early adopters, and turn pilot projects into a scalable sales pipeline.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline — from first contact to closing deals and further onboarding of new clients.
  • Create processes and sales playbooks from scratch and refine them as the market evolves.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Who You Are

  • You think in hypotheses, experiments, and iterations
  • You’re comfortable selling in markets where nothing is predefined
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS, mobility, logistics, or fleet-related industries
  • You’re data-driven but not afraid to trust intuition
  • You’re fluent in English (other languages = big plus)
  • You don’t wait for instructions, you create direction
