We’re looking for a Senior PPC Manager to help our client accelerate pipeline growth and scale paid acquisition across global markets.

As a Senior PPC Manager, you’ll play a critical role in fueling their growth by owning and scaling multi-channel paid acquisition. From strategy to execution, your work will directly impact pipeline, ARR, and overall marketing performance.

What you'll do in this role

  • Own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns — from strategy and research to execution, optimization, and reporting — across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
  • Partner with design, content, and SEO teams to develop cohesive cross-channel campaigns.
  • Brief and direct high-performing creative tailored to personas, funnel stages, and geographies.
  • Build dashboards, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Launch rapid-fire tests and pilots to unlock new channels and growth loops.
  • Segment campaigns by ICP, personas, and buyer journey stages to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and forecast paid media budgets to hit pipeline and ROI goals.

We're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition for B2B SaaS or tech companies.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and ARR through paid campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including setup, optimization, and tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ambition to own performance marketing in a high-growth SaaS environment.

How to knock our socks off

  • Experience with ABM strategies or integrating paid media with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Clearbit.
  • Previous success experimenting with new paid channels and formats.
  • A passion for translating value propositions into campaigns that convert across multiple audiences.
  • Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
