Unlike traditional agencies, we work on a subscription-based model, providing dedicated design teams that seamlessly integrate into our clients’ workflows.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be crucial in expanding Eleken’s client base by identifying and engaging potential customers. Working closely with our Head of Sales Development and the Lead Generation team, you will be responsible for researching, connecting, and nurturing leads to create meaningful relationships that will lead to new business opportunities.
Required Skills:
- At least 6 months of experience in lead generation or finished relevant courses
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn for lead generation, including prospecting and outreach
- Strong and professional communication skills — written (must), verbal, and presentation
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively
- Result-oriented and persistent with a focus on achieving goals
- Resilient and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Intelligent, fast learner who can adapt quickly
- Self-organized and able to manage tasks independently
- Upper intermediate English (B2)
Tasks:
- Searching for potential leads on LinkedIn and other sources
- Analyzing job descriptions on company websites to identify potential clients
- Sending messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), engaging and qualifying leads
- Executing a proper Eleken introduction in business correspondence via LinkedIn/E-mail
- Regularly following up with leads to maintain engagement
- Scheduling intro calls with the Sales Managers
- Preparing company profiles for intro calls
