Junior SMM Specialist

We are currently looking for a Junior SMM specialist to focus on content planning, community engagement, and trend-based communication, primarily on Threads and TikTok.
For this role, we are currently considering remote candidates who are located in European countries (Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).

YOUR IMPACT:

• Develop and maintain a content plan tailored to platform trends;
• Research and collect relevant references for copy and visual direction;
• Rewrite and adapt content to fit different platform formats and tones;
• Publish content across multiple platforms (primarily Threads, TikTok, Instagram);
• Monitor engagement and interact with the audience;
• Track basic performance signals and suggest ideas for improvement.
  
  

• 6+ months of experience in SMM or a related content role;
• Strong written English (B2+) with the ability to rewrite and adapt copy in a creative way;
• Basic content creation skills – design, editing social media videos, retouching photos;
• Visual thinking with the ability to create well-matched visual assets;
• Confident working with trends;
• Skilled in researching and selecting relevant content references;
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
