We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Kyiv and support daily HR operations. This role focuses on HR administration, onboarding support, travel management, and maintaining internal systems and documentation.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the HRM system (PeopleForce), ensuring accurate employee records.

  • Administer and manage the corporate Notion workspace (adding policies, updating existing documentation, keeping structure clear and up to date).

  • Manage credentials and account access for employees.

  • Support onboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination of welcome activities.

  • Congratulate employees on work anniversaries, birthdays, and personal milestones.

  • Handle travel arrangements and bookings for business trips.

  • Assist resource managers with HR-related documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (education or self-learning is a plus).
  • Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems (experience with Notion or HRM tools like PeopleForce will be an advantage).
  • Good communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Intermediate+).
